30 Day Shred

Since the time has changed I havn't been able to go for runs in the afternoons. So I still want to maintain some level of fitness and working out, and hopefully get running in on the weekends. So I am borrowing from a friend Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. the DVD promises you can lose *up to* 20lbs in 30 days. I'm not really in it for the weight loss, but for toning up.  Of course the two typically go hand in hand along with eating healthy. That we have gotten good at. So I'm hoping that getting started and finishing this will prepare me for getting into the gym in January for other weight training programs. Its exciting because any kind of work out, along with eating better will bring results even if smalls ones.
Just one more step toward my ultimate goal.
