I did it!

                                                 injured: no but I have noticed a stiffness in my knees.




Day five

I will perform the following in this sequence: 8 minute walk, 8 minute run, 2 minute walk, 8 minute run, 5 minute walk. The duration of the workout is 31 minutes.
I'm a little anxious about this one. I've done an 8min. run before I can do it again.
